In the summer, when it is hot outside, a refreshing cream -based cream dessert will work best. Before you start implementing the recipe, prepare the right form. We recommend a sheet with a diameter of approx. 15 cm.

Ingredients for the bottom:

  • 100 g of biscuits or biscuits,
  • 45 g of butter,
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Ingredients for a raspberry layer:

  • 250 g cream cheese,
  • 120 ml cream of cream 36 percent,
  • 100 g of powdered sugar,
  • 200 g of fresh raspberries.

Ingredients for raspberry coating:

  • 100 g malin,
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar,
  • 1 teaspoon of potato flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
  • ½ teaspoon water.

Additionally:

Prepare the bottom. Melt the butter and cool. Crush the biscuits in a kitchen work for small crumbs. Mix them with butter and salt to a homogeneous mass. Mass the bottom of the cake tin with a diameter of 15 cm, tightly pressing it with the bottom with your fingers or a glass.

Prepare a raspberry layer. Mash raspberries on puree, straining excess liquid. In a bowl, grate cream cheese with powdered sugar and raspberry puree. In a separate bowl, beat the cream rigidly. Gently mix it into the cheese mass. Pour the mass on the bottom and put the whole in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours.

Prepare the topping. Mix water with flour in a bowl. Place the prepared suspension, raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a small pot. Check the whole on medium heat, crushing fruit. Reduce the fire to the small one and cook the whole for 3 minutes.

Set the sauce to cool, and when it reaches room temperature, pour it into a cold cheese layer.

Decorate the raspberry princess with raspberries and serve cold when all layers freeze.
