The feminist bench in the São Paulo City Council, PSOL’s collective mandate, asked the prosecutor to open an investigation into the conduct of the mayor of São Paulo, Ricardo Nunes (MDB),
The mayor justified the measure as a measure of improvement of those responsible for teaching units that present low educational income.
In its representation, the bench says that Nunes committed an act of administrative misconduct and a crime of responsibility in making a decision without objective criteria and transparency, with negative impact on school management and losses to the purse.
The play also brings testimony from directors that the recycling course does not follow the schedule that the city had stipulated.
According to the action “the measure directly violates the dignity of the human person, provided for in the Federal Constitution, because directors are removed from their positions, imposed to take a training course and be left alone, while education needs their services, to which they were hired to perform.”
