DC Studios has been focused on creating a new film universe since the filmmaker’s arrival as co-president, and this Wednesday (16/7), the director published the first official poster of the upcoming movie to debut on the big screen :. Starring Milly Alcock, the film hits theaters in 2026.
In the image, Supergirl (Milly Alcock) is leaning against a wall taking a drink, wearing its traditional costume, the heroin uniform covered by a brown coat to disguise it among humans. The character was presented during the final scenes of “”, a long one that debuted last week.

The poster also brings a joke with the phrase of the effect of the man of steel, “Look Up” (look up), since on the wall, the text is scratched and written on top “Look Out”, which can be translated as “be careful”, referring to the speech of supergirl.
The film tells the story of Superman’s cousin, which in this version seems to be bolder, rebellious and trouble, unlike a sweeter kara, as is usually portrayed in other productions. The feature also promises interplanetary fights based on revenge and the participation of Krypto, the Supercão. There will still be Jason Momoa in the cast, but in this universe, like wolf.
The production of the film was announced in October 2024 during the New York Comic Con. Already the filming took place in the United Kingdom with the production of Warner Bros. Pictures, directed by Craig Gillespie (“Cruella” and “Me, Tonya”), and is scheduled to open on June 25, 2026.
