Police in Prešov accused a 36-year-old man of Jarovnice of the crimes of threat under the influence of an addictive substance and obstructing the execution of an official decision. On Wednesday (16 7th), he drove a passenger car in the village under the influence of alcohol, driving from side to side, accelerating and subsequently braking suddenly. TASR was informed by Jana Ligdayová, spokeswoman of the Regional Directorate of the Police Force in Prešov.
“The police patrol was stopped by the car and the driver was subjected to a check. The breath test reached three per mille,” The spokeswoman said that a man had a ban on the court to drive all types of motor vehicles until August 2028. The driver ended up in a police detention cell.
