The Ukrainian cadet shot on Wednesday in a training center in the north of two military instructors. This was announced by the police, informs TASR based on AFP report.
According to AFP, the incident points to the contradiction of recruitment to the army or mobilization in Ukraine, which for more than three years – since the outbreak of the Russian invasion – hardly attracted to its ranks of new soldiers. “The police received information yesterday that during the training of shooting at the training center, the cadet fired from an automatic weapon on military instructors. Both of these soldiers died as a result of injuries,” police said in the Chernihiv region in the north of Ukraine.

The cadet was detained and threatens up to 15 years of imprisonment.
Both Ukraine and Russia have suffered great military losses over three years of exhaustive conflict, estimated by Western secret services and independent analysts for tens of thousands of lives – on each side. As AFP approaches, mobilization is unpopular in Ukraine. Men of military age are banned from leaving the country and are at risk of profession on the front.
