The BMW driver, who, according to a video record published on the Internet, exceeded a speed of 380 kilometers per hour while driving on Warsaw,, according to the Polish Prosecutor’s Office, committed an offense, not a crime. The investigation showed that the vehicle was equipped with a tachometer cover that artificially increased the displayed speed. The incident took place in June when the police detained the driver and his passenger. The video was captured by the city, while the driver controlled the vehicle with one hand and held the phone with the other. Media informed, that the driver was youtuber as a nickname “Mr.Badass”, who has already published images from dangerous rides on public roads in the past.
