The fronts are nature and will act as permanent spaces for articulation and proposition of public policies in two distinct areas: defense of rural producer and animal care.

The Parliamentary Front of Defense of the Rural Producer, created through Legislative Resolution No. 8/2025, will focus on support for family farming, livestock, extractivism and other productive activities of the field. Among its priorities are the incentive to access rural credit, the improvement of infrastructure in rural areas, technical assistance, as well as land regularization.

The proposal also aims to bring rural workers and entrepreneurs closer to the municipal government, promoting the dialogue and the valorization of sustainable practices. The front recognizes the producer as an essential piece in food security and socioeconomic development of Rio Branco.

On the other hand, the Parliamentary Front of Animal Care, established by Legislative Resolution No. 7/2025, will act to promote public policies aimed at animal welfare. The initiative should expand discussions about abandonment, abuse, castration, rescue, welcome and access to veterinary medicines.

The front also provides for concrete actions such as joint efforts, educational campaigns, public hearings and the strengthening of denunciation channels. One of the objectives is to disseminate and encourage the application of Municipal Law No. 2,215/2016, which deals with responsible animal guard in Rio Branco. With these measures, the Chamber seeks to expand the listening of civil society and articulate effective solutions for challenges faced by important segments of the population, uniting social protection, economic development and environmental awareness.
