Not everyone tolerates milk in the diet, which is why pancakes usually prepare on the water. The pancakes, however, can come out much better if we make them on a certain substitute for milk. It is enough to add flour to the whole and get the best pancakes under the sun. Check a simple recipe.
Milk in pancakes should be replaced with a vegetable drink, e.g. soy, almond, coconut, rice or oatmeal. The choice is really big. What’s more, lactose intolerant people can use such drinks not only for pies, but even for coffee, because they are foaming.
If you want to eat sweet pancakes, then use oat milk for their preparation, which does not contain sugar, and yet it has a sweet aftertaste. It is similar with a coconut and almond drink. Some of them contain interesting additions, i.e. vanilla, cinnamon, nuts, cocoa, salty caramel, which only enriches the taste of pies.
In the dry version of the pancakes, soy or rice milk will be perfect because they have a more neutral taste. We recommend adding a little salt to such a cake.
What’s more, the soy drink contains a similar amount of fat to milk. In turn, coconut has more. That is why pancakes with these fluids come out not only tastier, but also more flexible – they are not rushing during rolling.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of plant drink;
- 1 and 1/2 wheat flour.
Preparation:
To make pancakes without milk, sift wheat flour into the bowl and add a plant drink. Blend the whole to get a homogeneous mass. Then put it down for 15-20 minutes so that the dough comes out more flexible and better fries.
After a few minutes, start pouring a pancake dough into a pan with hot oil. Fry pancakes on medium heat until they are golden from both sides.
As mentioned, you can eat solo or sweet additives, i.e. white cheese, jam, chocolate cream. Those with rice or soy drink will taste great with.
