To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 2 kg of potatoes,
- 200 g of cannon corn,
- 200 g of greenhouse cucumber,
- 1 tablespoon of chopped dill.
Ingredients for sauce:
- 200 g majonezu,
- 1 tablespoon of mustard,
- 1 tablespoon of sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar,
- 2 teaspoons of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into pieces the size of a bite. Boil water in a large pot. Add potatoes and cook until tender until soft, for 15-20 minutes. Strain them and put them in a bowl.
Drain the corn from the pickle and cut the cucumber into thin slices. Dill finely. Mix all the ingredients together.
Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients. Pour the salad with the prepared sauce and mix the whole.
Put the name day salad in the fridge for at least an hour. Serve cold. Store the remains in the fridge and use within 3 days.
