US Secretary of State announced on Friday the immediate revocation of Alexandre de Moraes’s visa, his ‘allies in the court’ and nearby family members
The President (PT) spoke on Saturday (19), through social networks and grade of the Planalto Plácio, about the suspension of the American Visas of Ministers of (STF). Lula declared support to the ministers, classified the measure as arbitrary and criticized what he considers to be an international interference in the Brazilian judiciary. “My solidarity and support to the ministers of the Supreme Court affected by another arbitrary and completely unfounded measure of the United States government,” said the president in publication on social network X.
United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced on Friday (18) the immediate revocation of Alexandre de Moraes’s visa, his “allies in the court” and his family nearby. The statement was made on social networks, after the decision that determined a series of restrictive measures to the former president. The publication does not inform you what would be the “allies” of Moraes in the court.
In the post, Lula also stated that the interference of one country in the justice system of another is “unacceptable and hurts the basic principles of respect and sovereignty between nations.” The president concluded that “no intimidation or threat, from anyone, will compromise the most important mission of national powers and institutions, which is permanently acting in the defense and preservation of the Democratic Rule of Law.”
