Try a vegetable mixture with patizon following the pattern of Mexican
Because it is a gentle vegetable, it may seem to you that it is almost tasteless. This is what Mexican cuisine will help you. It combines not only tomatoes and various types of vegetables, but also all sorts of spices. How spicy the food will be? Of course you decide according to whom you prepare food for. Above all, however, it is very vegetable and really hearty food.
In the patizon it is the hardest to remove from a large fetus with a hard skin. Be careful, proceed slowly. As all adults advise: “Always with a knife!” When you get rid of the skin, remove the center with seeds, if they are still soft and immature, you can leave them in the flesh.
Cut the patizon into smaller cubes, and then prepare other vegetables or 1 middle onion, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 red pepper. To make the food really abundant, you will also need 1 can of beans, 1 can of corn and need half of the content of a can of sliced tomatoes, or at least two large tomatoes fresh. Of course beans or corn you can have frozen or other. Red beans should be about 400 g, corn about 150 g.

It will also be necessary to flavor the food. Prepare 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of sweet peppers, half a teaspoon of ground caraway, a quarter of a teaspoon of chili, salt and pepper. A little fry oil, you can have coriander or parsley to decorate.
Prepare a deep pan or pot for cooking. Heat the oil in it and start by adding the onion that we fry until golden. Then briefly fry the garlic and add the chopped pepper and spices that need to be briefly warmed in oil. They should not start burning, it would lead to a bitter.

You can then add Patizon. Just add salt, pepper and fry in the pot to get a little color and start to soften. Then you can add tomatoes. Mix everything well, let it heat, add tomato paste and a little broth or water as needed.
Allow the mixture of vegetables at least 10 minutes. At this stage, you can add chicken beans and corn, which is enough to warm up in the vegetables because they are already heat treated.
