See the reaction of Bolsonaro’s children to the decision of Moraes

The decision of Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), which imposed precautionary measures on former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) after operation of the Federal Police, generated public demonstrations of the former president’s children.

In an interview with CNN Arena on Friday (18), licensed federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro and “only reinforces the dictatorship that we are living in Brazil”. He added, “This is to humiliate.”

Carlos Bolsonaro compared operation to the INSS scandal and denounced the persecution of his father. The councilman for Rio de Janeiro used his profile in the X (former Twitter) to compare the measures taken against his father to the INSS scandal, by mocking “the INSS scandal ended up in the tail of some superior to democracy!”

He pointed out that despite the attempt to recover other issues, the predominant theme in the networks was the operation of the PF against Bolsonaro – according to Nexus survey, 8 of the 10 most talked about mornings on politics were related to Moraes’s decision.

Carlos also made a personal outburst about the persecution faced by his father: “As a son, it is not easy to see the man I admire most being treated that way. It hurts to see my father being censored, silent, forbidden to leave the country, suffering arbitrary searches while killers and corrupt live freely in our country.”

He also recalled that the former president, now defendant for coup d’état, and already faces a recommendation for conviction by the Attorney General’s Office.

The councilman of Balneario Camboriú (SC), Jair Renan Bolsonaro, also spoke in solidarity with his father.

“Father, I am with you. Today more than ever, I want to tell you that I am proud of your courage, your trajectory, and how you face each injustice with faith and firmness,” he wrote in X. He said he mirrored his father and stressed that he “is not alone.”

“Brazil knows who you are: a man who has always fought for freedom, truth and the Brazilian people.”

Senator Flávio Bolsonaro said in a publication that “hatred took over” Minister Alexandre de Moraes and declared support to his father, stating:
“Stay firm, dad, won’t shut us up!”
