Members of the Summit of the Attorney General’s Office () provide for the final judgment of the coup inquiry to be completed by mid-September.
This forecast takes into account a trial without a request for views of any of the five ministers who make up the first class of the Supreme, where the case has been analyzed.

If there is any request for views during the final phase of the trial, the forecast of PGR members is that the case analysis will only be resumed between the middle and the end of October.
In this scenario, Bolsonaro’s possible arrest, if the former president is even convicted in the coup inquiry, would occur between the end of October and early November 2025.
Since Friday (18/7), it is worth remembering, STF Minister Alexandre de Moraes has imposed Bolsonaro a series of restrictive measures. Among them, the use of electronic anklet.
If any of these measures fails, the former president may have his pre-trial detention decreed even before he is convicted of the first class of the Supreme.
