Chicken sticks in bacon are an interesting idea for a truly meat dinner. Marinade:

  • 100 g of brown sugar,
  • 2 tablespoons of salt,
  • a spoon of chili,
  • a teaspoon of granulated garlic,
  • a teaspoon of granulated onion,
  • a teaspoon of black pepper,
  • a teaspoon of smoked peppers.

Chicken:

  • 8 chicken sticks,
  • 8 slices of smoked bacon,
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes,
  • A handful of black olives.

Method of performance:

Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients in the bowl.

Wash the chicken sticks and dry with paper towels. Remove the skin from them, grabbing it through a paper towel and pull along the leg.

Sprinkle the chicken sticks with abundantly dry marinade and set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge for a few hours.

Wrap the fleshy part of the sticks in slices of bacon. Put them in an ovenproof dish. Arrange the tomatoes and black olives next to it. Sprinkle the top with the remaining mixture of spices.

Put the dish in the oven set to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for about 60 minutes.

Serve chicken sticks in bacon, immediately after preparation. Store the remains in the fridge and use within 2 days. Heat in the oven.
