At least 37 people died in the incident that took place off the Dau Go cave, one of the largest in Halong Bay
A child survived at Vietname, who killed dozens of people when she was sheltered in an air bag inside the vessel.
The ten -year -old traveled with his family when the vessel he were following was suddenly caught a storm. As the boat turned around, the child took refuge in an air bag, where he remained waiting for help.
It was eventually found by the rescue teams without injury, although in shock. He was heated and transferred to a nearby hospital, according to the Vietnamnet local newspaper.
“Everything happened so quickly,” explains the boy. “I tried to leave, and then the soldiers rescued me.”
Search and rescue operations remain in an attempt to locate missing passengers and crew, but have been hampered by bad weather.
According to Vietnam News were 53 passengers and crew aboard the Wonder Sea. So far, only 10 people have been rescued alive, while 37 were given as killed.

Another survivor, a 36-year-old Vietnamese, escaped the boat as he turned, when he lodged the life jacket and swim through a submerged window.
Dang Anh Tuan described the moment the vessel suddenly turned during bad weather, leaving little time for reaction from those on board.
“It rained for about 15 minutes, and then the boat began to shake brutally, tables and chairs, it was all shaking and, seconds later, the boat turned,” he said in an interview with Associated Press.
The boat was quickly filled with water and lost its guidance.
“I tried to breathe. But it came in more water. I took a deep breath, lay off the life jacket and dived. I saw a radius of light and followed it to swim out, escaping from the boat, and then climbed to the turned hull, to seek help,” he explained.
The man, along with other people on board, clung to the boat turned and waited about two hours in heavy rain until the emergency teams arrived.
He was on vacation in Vietname’s popular tourist bay with 11 university colleagues. Only three group members survived.

VN Express advanced that Wonder Sea was caught by a storm around 13:00 local (7:00 in Portugal), which led to their rollover.
Most of the occupants of the vessel lived in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi and traveled in a family, according to VN Express, who reported that the oldest passenger was 53 years old and the youngest only 3. More than 20 children were on board.
The wreck will have occurred near the Dau GO cave, one of the largest in the bay.
Ha Long Bay is a popular tourist destination and a place classified as, consisting of about 1,600 islands and Ilhéus of limestone.
