STF Minister asked on Saturday (19.Jul) to add to the investigation of the licensed deputy interviews and posts made after the precautionary measures to the former president
Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Court (STF), said on Saturday (19.Jul.2025) that the licensed deputy (PL-SP) intensified the practice of illicit conduct after precautionary measures were imposed on his father, the former president (PL).
In an order sent to the Federal Police, Moraes asked the corporation to include the records of Eduardo’s acting in the US interviews and posts made by the licensed deputy shortly after the installation of an electronic anklet in Bolsonaro.
“After the adoption of home and personal search and seizure investigative measures, as well as the imposition of precautionary measures against Jair Messias Bolsonaro, investigated Eduardo Nantes Bolsonaro intensified the illicit conduct object of this investigation, through various posts and attacks on the Supreme Court on social networks.”wrote the minister.
This was the 1st demonstration of Moraes regarding the case since the US government suspendes its north-American visa and its “Allies in the STF”.
Eduardo responds
The deputy licensed this Saturday a post made on Friday (18.Jul.2025), with a photo of Alexandre de Moraes younger, using an ears accessory of the character Mickey Mouse. At the time, wrote: “Maybe Moraes don’t know whether Filipe Martins went to the US or not, but now everyone knows Moraes won’t!”referring to the US decision to suspend the minister’s visa.
On Saturday afternoon (19.Jul.2025), Eduardo commented on the minister’s order: “You saw something criminal on this tweet [das orelhas de Mickey] What am I giving RT? Yeah, Moraes saw an attack on democracy and included in the investigation he opened against me asking for more than 12 years in prison. Be careful, memes kill ”.
