During an interview, President Mário Bittencourt stressed that the club is monitoring Hinestroza, but made it clear that other options are also being evaluated. The president did not rule out the possibility of looking for players who are free in the market.
For now, the negotiations between Fluminense and Atlético Nacional have not advanced. One of the obstacles is in the demand of the Colombian club, which calls for about $ 8 million (about $ 44.3 million) for the athlete’s release.

Born in Cali, Colombia, Marino Hinestroza was born on July 8, 2002 and began as a professional in 2018 in Orsomarso, in the Colombian second division, before transferring to America from Cali, a team where he worked on base divisions until the main debut in 2019.
