Mizeria in jars is the taste of summer enclosed in a glass jar that it contains freshness, lightness and delicacywhich make you return to sunny days even in the middle of winter. Such a salad is a great way to enjoy your favorite dinner addition throughout the year. Crunchy slices of cucumbers, subtly penetrated by dill aroma and a hint of white mustard, perfectly match baked or fried meats and refreshes hard -digestible dishes.
You can quickly and conveniently prepare more jars with preserves that will be ready for any occasion – both a spontaneous meeting with friends and everyday dinner. You can successfully pour them later (before serving) with natural yogurt or mayonnaise. Misery in jars is a recipe for preserves to which you want to come back.
Ingredients:
- 700 g of greenhouse or ground cucumbers,
- 500 ml of cold water,
- 400 ml of white vinegar,
- 300 g cukru,
- 1/2 bunch of dill,
- a spoon of white mustard,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Method of performance:
Cut the cucumbers into thin slices with a sharp knife or mandoline. Sprinkle them with salt and mix gently to combine. Set aside
Mix vinegar, sugar and mustard in a small pot. Heat the whole, stirring intensively, to boil all the time. Remove the pickle and add cold water. Mix
Passerize the jars. Put slices of cucumbers inside and sprinkle them with chopped dill evenly. Pour the contents of the pickle so that the vegetables are completely covered.
The jars are tightly twisted and put in a large pot linted with linen cloths. Fill it with water to a height of 3/4 jars. Pasteurize preserves for 15-20 minutes, then remove and put up at the bottom.
After sucking the caps, store cucumber salad in jars in a cool, dark place for about 6 months.
