Pink cookies with cream filling. Recipe for sweet kisses

For preparation kisses cookies You will need, among others, wheat flour, eggs, sugar, and butter. At first glance, the recipe may seem standard, but after baking, each cookie should be immersed in raspberry jelly and coat in coconut flakeswhich makes the dessert unusual. Additionally, you will find in the kisses cream creamthanks to which they melt in the mouth. It certainly won’t end with one piece.

Ingredients for cookies:

• 1 package of raspberry jelly,
• 250 ml of hot water,
• 180 ml of cold water,
• 190 g of wheat flour,
• 100 g of butter,
• 120 g of powdered sugar,
• 120 ml of milk,
• 1 egg in size L or XL,
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract,
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Cream:

• 300 g cream 36 percent,
• 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar,
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Additionally:

• coconut flakes for coating,
• Prepare cookies.

Prepare cookies. Melt the jelly in hot water. Add cold water and put the mixture in the fridge for 1.5 hours, to a light concentration. In a bowl, grate butter with sugar for about 30 seconds. Add egg and vanilla, then continue mixing.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Set aside Add milk with flour to the butter-egg mass, stirring well after each of them.

Fill the cookies or nuts with mass and put in the oven set to 160 degrees Celsius with hot air and bake for 13-14 minutes, then remove and leave to cool for 10 minutes.

When the jelly is partly concentrated and has the consistency of thick cream, immerse each cookie, and then coat in coconut flakes. Immediately put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the cream. Beat the cream stiffly, adding sugar and vanilla at the very end. Transfer the cream to the spokes.

Fold cookies. Cut each cookie with a sharp knife without cutting it completely. Gently open them, if necessary cutting excess dough and widening the hole. Using the spokes, fill the kisses with a prepared cream. Serve immediately or after cooling in the fridge.
