Saionara Rebelo won on Saturday afternoon (19) the 2025 edition of the MuscleContest Brazil in the Figure category. With the title, the professional bodybuilder secured his place for this year’s Olympia, which will take place from October 9 to 12 in Las Vegas, United States.
In an exclusive interview with Folha de S. Paulo’s Blog Musculo, the athlete says that winning her place in the most important worldwide bodybuilding championship “is an indescribable feeling.”
“I believe I have some things to improve on my physique I will work on it,” he adds.
Finally, Saionara reports, after being questioned about her most desired meal after the competition, that her greatest desire is to hydrate: “I want to have water, just that. Because of the ‘carb-up’, I’ve been eating in recent days (…) but water, almost nothing. Yesterday, for example, I just took 400ml of water all day.”
