Electric three built by Formula 1 engineers can reach 160 km/h. The creative company states that it accelerates more than a model 3-which implies a time of 0-100 km/h less than 5 seconds.
The mobility company, headquartered in the UK, has just presented its trotinet high performance, called Turbo.
As described, the new trotinet “has become an authentic blower of fire” built to exceed 160 km/h.
After several initial tests, the company said that the turbo turbo accelerates faster than a Tesla Model 3, which implies a time of 0-100 km/h less than 5 seconds.
But, after all, how does a common trotinet of 25 km/h beyond the 160 km/h mark?
Turbo has two electric motors, each with more than 300 the peak current, along with a new 88 V and 1800 WH bat battery to provide much more power on request.
Bo says it has been testing Turbo at the Goodwood Automobile Circuit in West Sussex, the UK, where the trotinet has already reached 135 km/h in the hands of the professional pilot Tre Whyte.
“Having successfully completed the Shakedown process in the UK running tracks, and with a high level of confidence in Turbo stability and driving capacity, we are now starting a process to increase the production and speed of the vehicle until we reach our goal of over 160 km/h,” said Cto da BO, Harry Willsquoted by New Atlas.
According to the same magazine, a limited number of turbos will be manufactured as part of an order production. Each unit will cost about 25.000 euros.
But beware: BO will want to have access to buyers’ documentation about your previous driving experience before accepting orders from a turbo – which reveals some Concern about security.
