The minister, of the (Supreme Federal Court), determined on Thursday (17) the subpoena of 20 witnesses indicated by the defendants of the 2022 coup plot defendants to testify on the afternoon of next Monday (21). The list includes the Federal Police delegate, responsible for investigating the case.
Moraes stated, in the decision, that he would make the subpoenas “in respect of due process of law and broad defense, in view of the allegations of the defenses.”

In Thursday’s decision, the minister also included these names to be summoned.
