Numerous fire brigade operations after storms in the Horn district

Horn – After a storm, the fire brigade was alerted to more than 100 missions in the Horn district on Monday. Most of the helpers were busy pumping. Eight people were freed from four cars that were in the water, said fire brigade spokesman Klaus Stebal. Streets also had to be cleaned. 105 missions were recorded until the evening. 40 fire departments moved out with a total of 585 members and 79 vehicles. Nobody was injured. (APA, July 21, 2025)
