The licensed federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) said on Sunday (20) that he will work to withdraw the minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Court (STF). The statement was made during a live broadcast on your YouTube channel on the same day that the deadline for your parliamentary license 120 dias.
Threatening, Eduardo accused Moraes de “Use the STF pen at the floodplain level” and said he was willing to “sacrifice” To carry on an action that, according to him, would aim to leave the Supreme Court Minister.
“Every time we have to expose the level of floodplain that is Moraes with the STF pen. The ideal would be it outside the STF. Will I work for this too, ok, Moraes? ”Said the parliamentarian.
Eduardo also made reference-a decision involving dealings with US officials after Supreme investigations against him and allies of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL). He stressed that this episode was just the “start” of a movement against the minister.
“When we say that the visa was just the beginning, it is because our goal will be to get you out of court. You are not worthy of being at the top of the judiciary and I’m willing to sacrifice me to take this action forward.”
Also during the broadcast, Eduardo mocked the possibility of being the target of a police operation, suggesting that Moraes summon even international authorities: “Didn’t you like it? Put Trump together in the investigation. Put all our gang here from Marco Rubio, etc. and send the Interpol come to get us.”
The deputy concluded the attack on the minister claiming that “do you know why you won’t do that, Alexandre? Because you have already had an Interpol soap. Or rather, you have already had a US soap.”
Threat to the PF
During this Sunday’s live, Eduardo also threatened members of PF (Federal Police). The parliamentarian mentioned delegate Fabio Alvarez Shoor, responsible for investigations involving former President Jair Bolsonaro.
“Federal Police puppy who is watching me, let me know no. If I know who you are … Ah, I’ll move here. Asks the delegate Fábio Alvarez Shoor if he knows us,” he said.
With the end of the license, Eduardo will accumulate unjustified absences if he does not return to Brazil. In order not to lose the mandate, the parliamentarian can not miss more than a third of sessions of the House Plenary.
