Who is Otávio, target of Palmeiras to replace Richard Ríos

Otávio was born in João Pessoa, Paraíba, but was revealed in the base categories of Inter. He even worked on Colorado’s professional team before signing with Porto in 2014.

It started in team B of the Portuguese giants, but soon stood out and was one of the main players of the port of the 2017/18 season.

Otávio was even summoned by the Brazilian under-20 team, but became Portuguese naturalized in 2021 and even defended the European team, participating in the Qatar World Cup in 2022. It was also called to the last Euro, but lost the campaign due to the injury.

In 2023, it was bought by Al-Nassr for 60 million euros. At the time, it was the biggest sale in Porto history.
