A alternate of the president of, (-AP), was the target of a search and seizure warrant on Tuesday (22), in operation of and (Comptroller General of the Union) which focuses on suspicions of fraud in bidding in Amapá.
Alcolumbre is not investigated and, so far, there is no record of his participation in suspicions. The operation is called Route 156 and aims to deepen investigations on the direction of public competition and deviations of resources in the maintenance and recovery of the BR-156 highway.
The federal agencies aim at the investigation fraud in at least R $ 60 million in operation that has among its main targets Breno Chaves Pinto, according to Alcolumbre alternate, and LB Construções, a contractor that belongs to the entrepreneur.
Breno was one of the targets of search and seizure, as was the DNIT superintendent in Amapá, Marcello Vieira Linhares, who was removed for ten days office by order of the Federal Justice.
Also targets of the searches and seizures were Minas Gerais businessman Luiz Otávio Fontes Junqueira and LCM Construction and Commerce, contractor with contracts in the federal government. The report has not yet been able to locate the defense of the investigated.
In all, 11 search and seizure warrants were served, six of them in Amapá, three in Minas Gerais, one in Mato Grosso do Sul and one in Amazonas.
In Minas Gerais, PF seized three Porsche brand vehicles and 13 paintings attributed to painters such as Cândido Portinari and Alberto da Veiga Guignard, as well as jewelry and luxury watches.
The court also ordered the blockade of assets and values of investigated in the amount of R $ 8 million, which would be the equivalent of withdrawals and financial movements considered atypical identified during the investigation.
PF suspicions are bidding crimes, criminal organization, prevarication, violation of functional confidentiality, influence trafficking and money laundering.
Like A, the company that belongs to Breno Chaves Pinto signed contracts at the end of 2023 and early 2024, for works of R $ 354.5 million with federal funds under the Lula government (PT).
LB Construções was selected, until the occasion, for the work of R $ 268 million from DNIT, in consortium with another company. The construction company also won three Codevasf notices, a federal state -owned company controlled by an ally of the senator, which total R $ 86.5 million.
