The decision on Monday (21) of the minister, (Supreme Federal Court), of () on social networks disrupted the main strategy drawn by the former president after against him last Friday (18).

The actions will be based on reinforcing the speech of persecution of the former president. Still on Monday, Moraes to defend Bolsonaro clarify statements that the president made after the prohibitions of interviews on social networks.
Bolsonaro’s allies action was closed at a meeting with 54 deputies and two opposition senators (affiliated A, and, besides the PL). The goal of the meeting was to align a Bolsonaro defense strategy to face Moraes.
The group went out with referrals to increase pressure via congress and street mobilizations.
On one front, the two priorities will be: amnesty to arrested in the scammers of January 8, now treated as “broad, general and unrestricted amnesty” (ie, and can contemplate Bolsonaro); and the PEC (Proposed Amendment to the Constitution) of the end of the special forum.
Last Friday, the leader of the PL, (RJ), spoke to guide the PEC that restricts monocratic decisions in the Supreme. But the proposal of the forum may find greater adhesion among century parliamentarians, in the evaluation of oppositionists, because many of them respond to processes in the Supreme Court.
With the proposal, the cases would go to the first instance, including Bolsonaro’s. This is one of the main points of questioning the former president’s defense in the Supreme.
Sostenes reaffirmed that party-chaired meetings are convened-Public Safety and Foreign Affairs-even with a statement from the mayor (Republicans-PB), reaffirming that the parliamentary recess is maintained and that the house is renovating.
As the Budgetary Guidelines Law (LDO) has not been voted, there is no provision in the Internal Regulations for recess. The two weeks off deputies are considered a “white recess” done informally.
Opposition deputies will also work in three work committees, which have already begun meetings on Monday night. The first will be of communication alignment for the defense of the former president, led by Deputy Gustavo Gayer (PL-GO), with strong performance on social networks.
A second group will take care of the priorities in the legislature to seek that the guidelines advance in the house. In, for example, the priority will be the impeachment of Minister Alexandre de Moraes – a proposal that finds great resistance among senators.
The third commission will be mobilization on the streets. The first act, nicknamed “React, Brazil”, has already been summoned to August 3, a day before the return of the work in the Legislature.
These mobilizations are in the group led by deputies Rodolfo Nogueira (PL-MS) and Zé Trovão (PL-SC), linked to agribusiness and truckers, respectively.
“We will increase the tone of demonstrations and occupy the streets of Brazil in response,” Sostenes told journalists. The format of the acts will still be discussed by the Commission.
HAS Sheet Nogueira spoke of organic mobilizations of groups aligned with the former president as truckers, but not organized by the party or the labor committee.
“The classes are already moving on the networks, regardless of parliamentarians or political leader in this country. As has always happened, in the strikes of CUT, in the strikes of the PT, which began with the popular manifestation,” he said.
“What we see in networks today is also a peculiar and organic movement of the population and segments. It does not mean that opposition will organize or maneuver something in this regard,” he added.
Prevented from using social networks, his main arena of political action, Bolsonaro had intensified interviews with press vehicles last week. On Friday, he spoke to journalists on five occasions-he has exclusive and collective interviews.
This Monday, he was expected for another interview, to the Portal Metrópoles, but gave up. The expectation was also that he would talk to the press after attending a meeting with parliamentarians, but during the meeting, Moraes gave dispatch for prohibiting broadcasting videos or interviews of the former president.
The effect was immediate. At the end of the meeting with parliamentarians, the former president said he would not follow the group during the press conference, by guidance of his lawyers. He spoke to the vehicles, improvised, as he left the House.

The limits of Moraes’s decision, which was classified as censorship by Bolsonaro’s allies, were not clear to his defense.
The former president showed irritation and indignation with the decision, according to reports. During the meeting, even before he learned of the new order from Moraes, Bolsonaro said the precautionary measures were like a prison. With anklet, he is prevented from leaving Brasilia, leaving home at night and on weekends.
