Jeżynowiec cake emphasizes the juiciness and light acidity of the fruit of the summer – blackberry – soft, vanilla dough, slightly butter and melting in the mouth. This baking is a proposal for everyone who appreciates the harmony of sweets and a clear taste of fruit.
It will be perfect for both summer breakfast and as an exquisite dessert for afternoon coffee or tea. You can successfully take this cake for a picnic or barbecue with friends, even on very hot days. And if you want, then you can mix blackberries with blueberries or forest raspberries or wild strawberries.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of the mature eating,
- 260 g of wheat flour,
- 200 ml of milk,
- 80 g of butter,
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons of sugar,
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder,
- a teaspoon of salt,
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Additionally:
- Powder sugar for sprinkling.
Method of performance:
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
In the mixer, grate the butter with sugar to obtain a light and fluffy mass. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and then mix the whole to combine.
Add dry ingredients and milk to wet ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring well after each party.
Gently mix half the blackberries into the dough. Pour the mass into a 20×30 cm mold, lined with baking paper. Spread the remaining fruits evenly on top.
Put the dough in the oven preheated at 190 degrees Celsius. Bake them for 35 minutes or to a clean stick.
Remove the blackberry and leave to cool completely. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and serve.
Store baking in the fridge, covered and eat within 4 days.
