To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 1.5 kg of ground cucumbers.
For each jar:
- ½ teaspoon mustard,
- A few grains of black pepper.
Floods:
- 1 liter of water,
- 250 ml of vinegar 10 proc..
- 5 teaspoons of salt,
- 300 g cukru,
- 1 flat teaspoon of ground sweet pepper,
- 3 tablespoons of mustard (preferably Sarep or delicatessen).
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and cut out the tips. Cut into slices (about half a centimeter).
Pour mustard and pepper to scalded and dry jars. Put the slices of cucumbers, laying them tightly and lightly pressing.
Pour the ingredients into the pot into the pot. Mix thoroughly, boil and leave it for 2-3 minutes until the ingredients combine well.
Pour the hot pickle in jars so that they are completely covered.
Crush the jars with scalded lids. Put in a pot lined with a cloth, pour water to ¾ height of the jars and pasteurize from the moment the water boils for about 5-6 minutes.
Remove and set up upward, leave to cool completely.
