A beautiful vacationer salad is the quintessence of summer flavors enclosed in one bowl – this dish is light, colorful and full of freshness, impresses from the first bite. Delicate, crunchy butter lettuce is the basis of this salad and fits perfectly with juicy cherry tomatoeswhich add sweets. Green pepper and croutons They introduce pleasant crunchiness.
However, the most important thing is dressingwhich connects all the flavors. The combination of olive oil, expressive vinegar and spicy Dijon mustard creates a sauce with a harmonious aroma, emphasized by garlic. It is a salad that invites to a common table and allows you to move to sunny holidays.
Ingredients:
- butter’s head head,
- 150 g of cherry tomatoes,
- green pepper,
- 2 slices of bread.
Dressing:
- 50 ml of olive oil,
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar,
- a teaspoon of Dijon mustard,
- clove of garlic,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper,
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil.
Method of performance:
Prepare toasts, cutting bread into small cubes. Fry it in a dry frying pan for gentle browning. Set aside
