German insurer sues former Signa managers

Vienna/Hamburg-A subsidiary of the Signal-Iduna insurance group has loud Süddeutscher Zeitung Criminal complaint against former managers of the insolvent Signa group of the Tyrolean company founder René Benko. The subsidiary Hansainvest accuses the Signa of using capital investment. Meanwhile, Signa Investor, Fressnapf founder Torsten Toeller, regretted Bild-Zeitung that he was “naive” around Benko and the Signa.
