Retirees and pensioners who suffered improper discounts in the fraud of the INSS (National Institute of Social Security) and joined the federal government agreement will be entitled to reimbursement from next Thursday (24).
The deadline for membership runs until November 14, and payments will be made directly on the account where the benefit is deposited. The order will follow the date of adhesion – that is, those who joined first, will receive first. The amount will be credited in a single installment and corrected by the IPCA, the official inflation index of the country.
To receive this first wave, it was necessary to have formalized adhesion until this Monday (21).
According to the INSS, about 600,000 beneficiaries have already formalized their adhesion. Last week, the Ministry of Social Security pointed out that about 1.4 million people are able to receive the values back.
