While many regions of Acre face difficulties in expanding vaccination coverage against influenza, the most isolated municipalities of the state surprise with the best rates. This is the case of Porto Walter, which appears at the top of the ranking with 65.81% coverage, and Jordan, which occupies the second position with 59.52%.

Both municipalities face serious logistical and access challenges, but still surpassed larger and more central cities in vaccination performance. Another example is Marshal Thaumaturgo, also isolated, which records 50.99% of coverage – behind only Manoel Urbano (54.80%), which is not considered isolated municipality.
The capital Rio Branco, in turn, occupies the fifth position with 48.96%, followed by Brazilia (48.85%), Sena Madureira (47.93%) and South Cruise (47.47%).
At the other end of the table, the lowest rates of influenza vaccination were recorded in Porto Acre (27.77%) and Bujari (26.96%), which do not reach half the minimum target recommended by the Ministry of Health.
The survey, with data from 2024 and 2025, points out disparities that reinforce the importance of specific actions to improve immunization in easier access regions, where, theoretically, vaccination coverage should be higher.
