Developing leadership skills, cultural exchange and outdoor immersive experiences, MOOT “allows young people overcome the challenges today, Create lasting friendships and contribute to the construction of a more peaceful and sustainable world“, it says.

“This unique global meeting brings together thousands of Rover Scouts and volunteers from around the world to share the adventure of a life (…) by gathering in Portugal, the scouts remind us of the strength of our movement and the essential role that young people play in creating a better future for all,” he adds.
