Virtual platform sells black tour jacket, personalized coat and autograph of former Black Sabbath singer
One day after From Ozzy Osbourne, several personal objects of the singer were placed on auction on the internet. The musician died on Tuesday (22.Jul.2025), at 76, for causes not disclosed by the family.
According to TMZthe bids will be open until August 8th. The auction house has made items that marked the rocker’s career for fans and collectors.
One of the main items is a black jacket that Ozzy used during performances of the tour “Retirement Sucks”in 1995 and 1996. The expectation of collection for this piece ranges from $ 30,000 to $ 40,000. The jacket was made tailored and contains an internal dedication signed by the singer himself.
The personalized black mesh jacket, worn by the musician in a 2011 concert, has a minimum bid set at $ 30,000. This item was created by art director and designer Lena Hermansson. The choice of this specific material complied with an Ozzy’s own request, which requested the mesh for wet a lot during the performances on stage.
A paper clipping with artist’s autograph is also available in the auction, with a minimum value of $ 300.
The auction is held virtually through the platform Gotta Have Rock and Rollwhere interested parties can bid online. No information was disclosed about who put the items for sale or if it is part of the amount collected will be intended for any specific cause.
