Public servant Paulo Edson Aparecido Campolongo, 68, an employee of CDHU (Housing and Urban Development Company) of the State of São Paulo, confessed that he had made attacks against 17 buses in the state capital and in cities of the metropolitan region, according to the Civil Police on 3rd (22.Jul.2025).

According to the Civil Police, the attacks were executed in different locations in São Paulo, Osasco and São Bernardo do Campo. At the suspect’s residence, the investigators found slings and marbles used in the attacks. In at least one of the occurrences, the man would have used a Molotov cocktail.

On social networks, Campolongo often criticized the government of the president (PT) and allies as the federal deputy (PSOL). It also showed strong support to the former candidate for the City Hall (PRTB) and the former president (PL).
