The deputy of the PP and National Vice Secretary Noelia Núñez has announced her resignation of all organic and institutional positions after having falsified her curriculum. Núñez, 33, admits to having given “incorrect information” about his training to Congress. “Responsibility is the essence of freedom and I assume mine. No, we are not like them,” Núñez said in a message on his social networks. The deputy will also renounce her seat, according to PP sources.

She ended up recognizing at the last minute of this Tuesday that the information of her studies was not true, although she attributed it to an error. “I admit the mistake consisting of the personal file published in the Congress of Deputies on my studies,” he wrote in a chain of 11 messages in X, formerly Twitter at 23.00. “I emphasize that it has been a mistake and that there has been no mood of deception for me.” The PSOE has already demanded its resignation and asked the lower house to erase its biography curriculum. “It is not a minor error or an exaggeration. It is a conscious and repeated falsehood, which violates the Popular Party Statutes themselves, where the curriculum falsifies is considered a reason for sanction or expulsion.”
