The 2025 South American Cup Playoff phase places the eight teams that were in third place in Libertadores groups facing the eight teams that ended second in Sula’s keys.
The clashes were defined according to the campaign of each team, without the draw. The best second-placed South American score faces the third place in worst score from Libertadores. And the other clashes follow the same logic.
The round of 16 intersections and the way until the final of the competition were defined by lot.
