Grill rarity it’s creamy Potato salad with the addition of crunchy corn and radishes. The whole is nutritious and filling, and at the same time light. It literally melts in the mouth! It will perfectly blend with fried, grilled meats, steaks, sausages and black pudding. You will prepare this dish very quickly and straight, with just a few ingredients. All your household members and guests will love this salad, you can serve it on many occasions, not only on the grill, but also at various family events or even for the holidays.
To prepare this salad, you will need:
- 500 g of potatoes,
- 200 g canned corn,
- 1 bunch of radishes,
- 3 tablespoons of chopped chives,
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
Dressing:
- 150g majonezu,
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream 18 percent,
- 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard,
- ½ teaspoon salt.
Wash the potatoes well and put in a pot with water and salt for cooking. Bring the whole to a boil and cook on medium heat for about 25 minutes or until soft. Be careful not to overcook them.
You can also prepare potatoes the day before and store them in the fridge. If you want, you can also use the remains of yesterday’s dinner.
Drain the corn from the pickle and chop the radish finely.

Prepare dressing, mixing all ingredients in a bowl. Pour the salad with the prepared sauce and mix well.
Put the grill rarity in the fridge for at least an hour. Serve cold.
Store the remains in a cool place, under cover. Use within 3 days.
