It can be safely stated that Pancakes are a favorite dish of Poles. We value them primarily for how easy they are to prepare, and versatile. You prepare a cake that you can supplement with the selected stuffing – many people associate this dish mainly with a delicious jam, but there are many more options.
A dry version are becoming more and more popular – the base of the stuffing in this case are vegetables, meat or various types of cheese. This is a simple way to a full -fledged meal that will saturate for a long time.
If you also want to prepare dry pancakes for dinner, put on delicious, extremely aromatic pancakes with mushrooms and spinach. In this recipe, the ingredients are perfectly composed, creating the whole melting in the mouth – simply pride.
List of ingredients:
Cake:
- 500 g of flour,
- 300 ml of milk,
- 100 ml of sparkling water,
- a pinch of salt,
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
Stuffing:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 pack of baby spinach,
- 2 mushroom or cream cheese cheese,
- 2-3 cloves of garlic,
- 1 white shallot or balloon onion,
- 50 g of grated yellow cheese,
- sun,
- pepper,
- nutmeg,
- Frying oil or butter.
Start by preparing pancakes. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, after a while reduce the speed of the mixer and gradually add flour, then add milk, water and oil. When the dough reaches the consistency of thick cream, put it in the fridge – just about half an hour.
Fry pancakes in a hot pancake pan.
Now it’s time to prepare the stuffing. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, squeeze the garlic through the press. Wash the mushrooms, cut into slices or cubes – as you prefer. Heat fat, onion and garlic in a frying pan, add mushrooms and spinach. Fry uncovered until the fluid evaporates. Add spices and melted cheese, mix.
Apply hot stuffing on pancake pancakes, sprinkle with yellow cheese on top. Fold the way you like.
