With revenue of R $ 1.64 billion and adjusted EBITDA of R $ 420.4 million last month, company follows in the process of judicial recovery in the USA

On Wednesday (23.Jul), the airline reported net revenue of R $ 1.64 billion in June 2025. EBITDA (profit before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) was R $ 420.4 million, with margin of 25.6%.
The data were presented to the New York Southern District Bankruptcy Court, as part of the requirements of the judicial recovery process (Chapter 11) conducted by the company in the country.
The report sent to the Court also includes adjusted operating result of R $ 155.6 million, equivalent to a margin of 9.5%, as well as information about the company’s financial position in the month. Blue ended June with $ 1.6 billion in cash and equivalent, and with $ 1.69 billion in accounts receivable.
According to a relevant fact released by the company, the numbers are preliminary and unused, prepared exclusively to meet the rules of the US restructuring process.

In judicial recovery since May, Azul said it will continue to release monthly operational reports to the US Court, in addition to the revised and annual quarterly statements as required by the Securities Commission (CVM) and the US Securities Commission (SEC).
