Raspberry juice is a good addition to tea, preparations of this type have been popular for years and there is no indication that this will change. Therefore, it is worth preparing a few bottles when the raspberry season lasts. And just preparing the juice is not difficult, just a few ingredients, and the delicious addition to the tea will be made.
The simplest recipe for raspberry juice takes into account only two ingredients: raspberries and sugar. Nevertheless, you can also add lemon. Some decide to diversify him with spices, including cardamom or cloves. You will need to prepare a simple raspberry juice:
- 1 kg malin
- approx. 300 g of sugar (it can be ordinary, cane or powder)
- 100 ml of water
Rinse the raspberries thoroughly and put in a pot, covering with sugar – if you prefer sweeter juices, add 50 g more, if you have less sugar in it, you can use 250 grams. To make low -calorie juice, ordinary sugar can be replaced with erythritol. Then add water and cook on low heat, stirring from time to time.
Cook until the raspberries fall apart and remove from heat. Leave to cool. Put the strainer with gauze and strain the juice, stirring with a spoon. Boil the strained juice again – you can try, if it’s not sweet for you, add sugar. After boiling, spill into small bottles, turn off and set aside. About 800 ml of juice will come out of this recipe.
