Ingredients:
- 4 salmon ringtones with skin,
- lime,
- 1.5 tablespoons of oil,
- a spoon of butter,
- a teaspoon of dried thyme,
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Method of performance:
Clean the salmon and dry the paper towels well. Rub the bells with olive oil and a lot of salt and pepper.
Heat the grill to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the bells on the grate and sprinkle them with half of the thyme and rosemary, then pour half the lime juice evenly. Close the lid and grill the meat for 4-5 minutes.
Turn the fish, pour the other half of the lime juice and the other spices. Close the grill and fry for the next 4 minutes.
Open the lid, and put a small amount of butter on top of each piece of fish.
Take off and serve immediately.
Always make grilled fish fresh, but if you have to, store the remains in the fridge and use within 24 hours.
