Trump: AI models should get content free of charge

According to US President Donald Trump, American AI models do not have to adhere to copyrights. “If someone reads a book or an article, they have acquired extensive knowledge. However, this does not mean that they have to violate copyright or to conclude contracts with every provider of content,” he argued at a summit on artificial intelligence (AI).
