Why are alcohol and sweets still sold at supermarket coffers?

The alcohol is neatly lined up at the cashier: Wodka, Berlin air, Jägermeister – in small vials to take away for lunch break or the end of the day. Among them: Snickers, Twix, Bounty and other sweets. In contrast, healthy people are in vain at the coffers at the Interspar at the Vienna Mitte train station.
