The scholarship federal deputy Luiz Philippe de Orléans and Bragança (PL-SP) mocked a Portuguese error committed by the Supreme Court Minister, in the decision in which he chose not to arrest former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
“As several times I pointed out in the presidency of the TSE, justice is blind, but it is not fool !!!!!”, wrote Moraes.
For the deputy, “authoritarianism in Brazil no longer hides, he comes badly disagreed and, as we have seen, even discretion.”
The parliamentarian, one of the most critics of Moraes and today in the House, added that “when the Supreme abandon the legal technique to act for political convenience, the risk is no longer legal. It becomes institutional, historical and civilizational.”
