Bring an egg tray with you when you make a barbecue with you

During the warm season, the barbecue season accelerates at full capacity – deliciously fragrant sausages, shashlik and vegetables become the main heroes of the weekend. However, one thing can make the celebration – a failed barbecue. Especially when wet coal occurs.

Fortunately, there is a simple but genius way that helps to light the grill even when the coal is not in ideal condition. And this will only require an item we usually throw away – the egg tray.

When the coal is not dry

When the barbecue is set up, everyone is usually accompanied by great emotions. We want the coal to light up quite quickly and the delicacies are quickly prepared. Of course, every barbecue master has its own fire inflammation. Some are more effective, while others can still be improved. But the biggest fear is the wet carbon pieces.

If you do not use the coal when you open the bag quickly enough, they may simply get wet. Then it will be very difficult to ignite them. However, there is a great way to use not even completely dry carbon. All you have to do is have an egg tray.

How to set up a barbecue quickly?

  • Place the carbon pieces in the egg tray compartment.
  • Fill everything with flammable liquid (you can skip this step), close the box, place it on the bottom of the barbecue and apply it.
  • Wait a few minutes. Allow coal to burn in a scrap.
  • Put the grill. Ready!

Sometimes even a small trick can significantly improve outdoor baking experience. Next time, before throwing an egg tray, remember this way – it can save your party from a long wait at the barbecue.
