The so-called E3-Great Britain, France and Germany-start a new attempt at nuclear diplomacy with Iran: Today, Friday, discussions take place at the level of the Vice Foreign Minister Plus EU representatives in Istanbul. The last E3 Iran meeting was on June 20 in Geneva, in the middle of the Israeli-Iranian 12-day war, in which the United States intervened with B2 bombers and bunker-breaking ammunition a day and a half.
