This lemon cake is thick, butter, very citrus. The extremely moist consistency combines lemon with a hint of vanilla extract. Baking is great for any occasion. It will be a delicious and fast dessert or afternoon tea, as well as for Sunday coffee. The recipe will also be useful when unexpected guests visit you. Try to decorate them with lemon icing, which will additionally refresh the whole.

Ingredients:
- 230 g of butter,
- 200 g cukru,
- 190 g of wheat flour,
- 3 eggs in size L or XL,
- 60 g sour cream 18%,
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder,
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- a teaspoon of lemon peel,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Method of performance:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, rub the butter with a mixer until a smooth and fluffy mass for about a minute. Then add sugar and continue mixing for the next 2 minutes until the whole is fluffy.
Add one egg to a mixture of buttermilk, stirring well after each of them. Add cream, lemon juice, zest and vanilla extract. Whip at medium speed, to connect.
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, stirring only to combine the ingredients. The dough will be very thick.
Place the baking mold with dimensions of 20 × 10 cm with baking paper. Pour the dough into it and put in the oven preheated 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 45-60 minutes, into a dry stick.
Remove the lemon dough from the oven and place it on the grill to cool. Serve warm or cold, preferably poured with lemon icing.
Store in a tightly closed container for a maximum of 4 days.
