Washington-The US communication authority FCC gave the green light on Thursday for the $ 8.4 billion fusion (7.15 billion euros) from Paramount Global with Skydance Media. The merger concerns some of the best -known names of the entertainment industry, including the television station CBS, the film studio Paramount Pictures and the cable broadcaster Nickelodeon.
